I have been treated well and asked to take a promotion in the company to a management position. This would give me more money but lose a lot of flexibility.

Everyone is very uplifting and not off putting

it was laid back and pretty straight forward

Helping people find what they need and interacting with them
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, funny, make getting the job done a goal and fun
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to ideas from everyone even the newest Team member. I like the way they communicate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish I made about 50 cents more an hour I think that is a fair wage for my job but I am treated very well and I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. The money is worth giving up for the other things.
