What do you like best about the leadership team?
Friendly and flexible with hours
They are open to ideas from everyone even the newest Team member. I like the way they communicate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish I made about 50 cents more an hour I think that is a fair wage for my job but I am treated very well and I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. The money is worth giving up for the other things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we work well together to get the job done and making the customer happy

Managers encouraging team work and allowing us to talk while we get the job done
Everyone is very uplifting and not off putting

laidback and comfortable made me feel at ease and it was my first ever interview
it was laid back and pretty straight forward
