What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have told my territory manager great things about me and that makes me feel valued and in return I value and respect them
Ask questions. Truly care how we feel. Lots of training
they are really good at getting thing done.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My pay rate is comparable but I wish the commission structure was more fair
Good rates and good coverage options
they have signing bonus which i love and they are paying me fairly.
My 401k package was the best part

We work together as a team and like a family we check on each other

it smells nice and I the customers are really nice too

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer was someone that was a DM and we really bonded and I respected her alot. She has since left the company
