Today , after three months of no car, poor communication, no customer service, being ignored, contract being abandon, I finally filed my BBB complaint. This is the worst company to deal with not to mention the most unprofessional management. Buyer Beware
It's commitment to warranties and not to deceive their customers.
The service center needs to do better! My car has been sitting at the service center for a week and they said it won't be repaired from anywhere from a month and a half to 2 months! That is way to long for them to have my car for a repair that shouldn't take more than a week.
