What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team promotes collaboration, fairness, and personal growth. They promote innovation in the industry and value the contributions of the employees make towards that. They run a weekly all hands company meeting to keep everyone in the company informed.
The leadership team believe in the concept of you never can learn to much and you can always strive to be better. A better version of self and better version of how to treat others.
Transparency and care for the team, passionate about the mission.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is helpful, polite, and has a positive attitude. We all work together to make sure the team/company succeeds, not just individuals.
Jelli team members are absolutely amazing. They work hard. Not only at their job, but work hard to communicate effectively in order to keep the ball rolling and making an impact on the progress oof Jelli. I am continually inspired by this team.
The team collaborates well together and likes working with each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture itself is engineered to create a positive environment and we only hire people that lean towards being positive.
That Jelli is always striving to advance the foundations of cultural diversity, communication and understanding.
The culture is the strongest point of Jelli, with both a focus on employee engagement programs and the best events and activities I have ever experienced.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It challenges you to show your best. We push people so we can really see what they have to offer.
The welcoming introduction was nice and the challenging questions that interviewers gave me.
