What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My shop culture and team. Also, other shop leaders helping each other out with figuring stuff out when top management is unavailable or HR is unavailable
My team pulls together because we are short staffed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less micromanagement and arrogance of certain leaders.

I got the job after the interview

I enjoy communicating with the customers and my coworkers plus free ice cream on shift is nice too.
