The interview process was very laid back and casual .
Never knew it was a interview. Flet like talking with someone that had the smae views on how to grow
They understood the reasons I was leaving my current job. They listened and explained their goals. Thought I would be a great fit.
It was more of a conversation, allowed me to get to know who I would be working for as well.
The process is not stressful. The company goes out of their way to make you feel at home.
