Not very helpful. I had to call everyday to find out what’s going on. No emails, or calls or anything. But I heard it’s gotten better

Amazing!! It’s a great program that helps students prepare for a future in the medical field and as a former graduate I can attest this program is by far the greatest

The willingness and attitude to do the job. Also you need to have empathy and compassion in order to work with elders and co workers. Also time management is a must!!
Why work for Jewish Home Lifecare?
It’s a great place to work, I actually love my job, and what I do but it’s very unorganized. Plus Jewish home is like a family, but it nothing is perfect and this place is far from that.
How are layoffs handled in the Operations department at Jewish Home Lifecare?
Terribly!! Nobody warns anyone, and those that don’t complete there job still continue to work here no matter how many complaints you give. It can be improved in my opinion
