What did you like most about the interview process?
The humility of the C-suite and the acknowledgement of what matters most to align growth with cultural consistency.
Its honest, and also they dont have a 100 check marks for each candidate, they have 4-5 things they are looking for in candidates and trust that people will grow with time and have a good sense for talent
