- What do you like best about the leadership team?There is an alignment between company vision, mission, strategy and execution. Additionally, there is a culture of nurturing and understanding to ensure that diversity is our biggest asset. The average lifespan of each employee being 4 years is a testament of the culture and employee satisfaction.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?It overexceeded my expectations and is comensurate of not letting compensation being a barrier to being productive at an organization.
- What are some of the best things about your team?The team is available and eager to assist across projects. The general norm is to go over and above what is expected. An all hands on deck mentality.
