What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is an alignment between company vision, mission, strategy and execution. Additionally, there is a culture of nurturing and understanding to ensure that diversity is our biggest asset. The average lifespan of each employee being 4 years is a testament of the culture and employee satisfaction.
They have built a fantastic product

It overexceeded my expectations and is comensurate of not letting compensation being a barrier to being productive at an organization.

The team is available and eager to assist across projects. The general norm is to go over and above what is expected. An all hands on deck mentality.

The emphasis on people, learning and development and access to leadership, being a flat and accessible organization.

The humility of the C-suite and the acknowledgement of what matters most to align growth with cultural consistency.
Its honest, and also they dont have a 100 check marks for each candidate, they have 4-5 things they are looking for in candidates and trust that people will grow with time and have a good sense for talent

The general attitude of people, the satisfaction of our customers and partners and the prospect of being an industry leader in a frontier technology market with massive growth potential.
