What is the best part about your compensation package?

The profit sharing is great. And anytime the company does well they always get back to the associates.

The price is affordable for my family

I am rewarded greater if I apply and push myself. The goals that are set I can actually contribute. They are not obscure goals, but I clearly understand how my work contributes to meeting the overall company goals.
