It was excellent when the founder of the company was alive and running the company. Now, the mid level managers and department VP have done their own thing to make themselves look good.

too much social promotion and favoritism
If the culture the founder of the company was followed today, things would be so much better. Current management has forgotten about the company culture and how it helped make the company what it is today.
