The people, they are some of the very best in their career and personally.
Being supported in my strategies and ideas.
When it is time to go home. LoL
That my work is viewed as important and impactful by my fellow Associates.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
too much social promotion and favoritism
If the culture the founder of the company was followed today, things would be so much better. Current management has forgotten about the company culture and how it helped make the company what it is today.
