This is one if the best companies you could ever work for for its amazing culture and benefits.

I've been with the company for over 20 years. Majority Of the associates have been there 10+ years. They have great benefits and a competitive salary.

JM is a great company. Brilliant business teams.

I've been treated with respect, encouraged to grow, and valued for the work I deliver. They treat you like you are family and it is a pleasure to work and you are inspired to innovate and want to support the business and see them be successful.

The Leadership Team values each member of the team. They encourage you to take ownership and appreciate the hard work that you put in each day.

Vision to grow long term

They look out for employees

I like that they keep us informed with how the company is doing and where we are going.

Leading by example not just saying the right things.

The profit sharing is great. And anytime the company does well they always get back to the associates.

The price is affordable for my family

I am rewarded greater if I apply and push myself. The goals that are set I can actually contribute. They are not obscure goals, but I clearly understand how my work contributes to meeting the overall company goals.

Everything is great about our compensation.

There is a focus on Communication, Cooperation and Consideration with each other. Which encourages the Accoutability and Innovation in all of us.

It is a very supportive atmosphere and everyone is very driven to do right for the company that has done so much for us.

We care and treat each other like we are family.

I feel the culture of our founder Mr. Moran everyday. Great work is rewarded and recognized. This compels our Associates to challenge ourselves and push to get big accomplishments completed.

too much social promotion and favoritism

If the culture the founder of the company was followed today, things would be so much better. Current management has forgotten about the company culture and how it helped make the company what it is today.
