What do you like best about the leadership team?
Expertise and professionalism. They know what they are doing.
The ELT is eager to provide, foster, and grow its people. They don't speak in tongues and there is transparency in their motives. I feel like a key contributor even if I am what the industry would consider to be "bottom of the food chain"
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Doing their job. Period.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Education opportunities and professional lic3nsing are a great bonus.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The cohesiveness of the team...there is no he said/she said and even the 'water cooler talk' is about regular life - not gossip that's related to a coworker's misgivings.
