Communication and understanding what's going on in the stores, checking on their employees, overall morale
Leading and not being uptight
CEO and President need to empower their employees to make decisions, not micro manage them. Sales were up for 3 years before they took over...now they are down for 6 straight months
Appreciating their staff and not talk down on them when they are loosing business

Manager doesnt appreciate your work knowing the restaurant is only still open because you and certain other people.

They just changed the health benefits, costs more and you get less. No respect for personal time off

Everyone is nice....I kinda wish I knew Spanish....because the new hires barely speak English

What did you like most about the interview process?
They just need bodies.....no experience needed....but there's no structure....the manager says he's not a manager...just a friend of the owner

I'm just happy when i get to put in my 8 hours and after 3 or 4 days....my direct deposit looks right....but I need pay stubs

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many meetings, we spend more time talking to our teammates than helping our franchise partners with their business.
Food comes out slow and people are not happy with the food itself
