What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at Jornaya is very supportive. They hold staff accountable, but always respectfully with the individual's success in mind. I like how the team regularly reaches out to staff to make sure everyone's genuinely happy with their work and feeling good about the team.
The leadership team has an open door policy and is committed to transparency.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our management has emphasized that we're running a marathon not sprinting. It's a very sustainable work pace.
