What does the leadership team need to get better at?
1) EQ 2) Knowing and actively supporting direct reports’ career goals 3) Being candid about org, team, and their own strengths and weaknesses 4) hiring 5) planning (eg provider hiring, SF office hunt)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base package offer was just not good in any way. I had to negotiate quite a lot to make it workable. A concession that I got that I encourage others to pursue is a verbal commitment to a promotion schedule (ie youre up for consideration every x months)

THEY WORK HARD AND ARE SMART
Unequivocally some of the most talented and hardworking people I’ve ever interacted with
