What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open, caring, honest and easy to work with.
The CEO's transparency, communication and sense of fun are always appreciated. But perhaps more importantly in the time I've been with Jumio I've seen the Exec stick to their word - they laid out a strategy 2 years ago and have delivered on every element of it - which I've not seen elsewhere.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Prioritize, focus, invest, implement and measure.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Has everything a much larger company would offer - unusual in a smaller/scale-up business.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Genuinely supportive leadership helps but the collaboration across continents is better at Jumio than anywhere I've seen.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I met some great people - everyone of which I liked and felt I'd enjoy working with. I probably met too many people in my process but it was a changing role/requirement.
