Everyone is friendly and there are quite a few that are extremely bright and engaging.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Exec leadership touts that they are changing course, but they aren't. I think they are just talking until they can get bought.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Immediate leadership understands what we need to do to be successful. Execs are good at what they do, but they are living in the past.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Juniper base pay is one of the highest in the industry. Add in the bonus structure in the GTM team, and it is very high.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are too many people with "senior" in their title and they let it go their head. The best people I work with have no senior in title
