Promote people into leadership roles who actually know what they are doing
pay your existing employee better, value smart people
Strong leadership. Too much middle management. Too many VPs, way too many useless SVPs.

we need new executive leadership starting with a new CEO.
We have meetings with the director, the manager. Half the day is spent in meetings. Agile is diligently followed at Juniper by clueless managers and leadership. Terrible waste of time.
