- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay is all right, and company gives raises. Health insurance is pricey for family. Retirement plan plus match has been administered poorly.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I know I could be making more money elsewhere, but I believe I receive much more freedom here and I'm hopeful that I can grow with the company as it becomes increasingly more valuable.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?We have hired the most amazing team of collaborators. Sometimes we struggle and argue about the best path to take, but the outcome is always productive and it seems like we grow together in resolving our conflicts.
