Juristat is the best place I have ever worked. There is a huge emphasis on work/life balance that is lacking in so many industries these days as well as an emphasis on employee mental health, growth, and professional development.

Juristat provided me with several growth opportunities in my position. Everyone is very supportive of each other (both personal and professional) and the whole company really emphasizes how they value each employee regardless of their position.

Great place to work. Transparent culture with a strong focus on personal and professional growth. Every employee, from the most jr to the CEO, is constantly challenged to make our products and user experience better.

Everyone is open to new ideas about how to do things!

Leadership take into account all situations both positive and negative. Instead of just taking it as a blanket variable or outcome, they dig carefully into the how's and whys to better understand the changes and how different trends internally and externally have led to a result to learn & improve.

Leadership is very open about what is going on with the company. They also check in on your personal and professional well-being. It is also easy to talk to leadership

Everything is transparent and available to eveyone.

Despite their youth, a lot of the management team has been working together for 5-10+ years, and thus you can tell they have trust in each other, which helps maintain communication across the team.

Pay is all right, and company gives raises. Health insurance is pricey for family. Retirement plan plus match has been administered poorly.

Thank you for your feedback; we considered this when pricing our 2023 health insurance and chose a different plan with a better price for families. We also transitioned from a self-managed Simple IRA to a 401k tool integrated with payroll.

I know I could be making more money elsewhere, but I believe I receive much more freedom here and I'm hopeful that I can grow with the company as it becomes increasingly more valuable.

Pleasant, cooperative and down to earth

Despite being a company that primarily works remotely, it is very easy to get a hold of everyone.

The ability to work in a manner that best fits my personality.

Overall, the best thing about my team, is the ability to adapt and overcome efficiently.

We have hired the most amazing team of collaborators. Sometimes we struggle and argue about the best path to take, but the outcome is always productive and it seems like we grow together in resolving our conflicts.

The level of support, I know that if at any point I felt overwhelmed or like the workload was too much there are people who would be willing to help.

No tension, everyone is communicative and expressive. Its fun being able to laugh and joke in a comfortable environment.

Everyone likes to say that they care about you as a person and about your health and well-being. And I don't think they're lying when they say that, there's just no perfect way to combine that care with the demands of the work.

The culture fit interview. I really like that they have this as part of the interview process. It helps build a cooperative team and helps one feel like they aren't completely adrift and new on their first day.

I appreciated the feedback after each step.
