What do you like best about the leadership team?

Everyone is open to new ideas about how to do things!

Leadership take into account all situations both positive and negative. Instead of just taking it as a blanket variable or outcome, they dig carefully into the how's and whys to better understand the changes and how different trends internally and externally have led to a result to learn & improve.

Leadership is very open about what is going on with the company. They also check in on your personal and professional well-being. It is also easy to talk to leadership

Everything is transparent and available to eveyone.

Despite their youth, a lot of the management team has been working together for 5-10+ years, and thus you can tell they have trust in each other, which helps maintain communication across the team.

Leadership team is mostly transparent, always willing to talk to any employee.

They're obviously very excited about the company's potential and the need we fill in the industry, so it's cool to see their passion and drive. And it's clear that on some level they do have a very humanized view of employees even if there is mixed messaging sometimes about what they expect from us.

I appreciate that they are accessible and open to listening to any ideas and are open about sharing what's going on with the company as a whole.

The leadership team genuinely cares about the wellbeing of each employee and team and works to maintain open communication so that any employee can feel free to give feedback (positive or negative) and express what they need to do their job to the best of their ability.

The openness of cooperation and general flexibility of everyone involved. They trust you get your work done and support you when you need it.

Our leadership team is transparent and are very good at handling mistakes and errors from direct reports.
