What did you like most about the interview process?
The culture fit interview. I really like that they have this as part of the interview process. It helps build a cooperative team and helps one feel like they aren't completely adrift and new on their first day.
I appreciated the feedback after each step.
I loved the opportunity to meet more than just one person in HR or one manager of a management team.
It was very quick, I didn't have to go through round after round of unnecessary interviews.
The culture interview, it really allowed me to see the other people on the team before I said yes as well
