What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at JUST Capital is transparent, nurturing, and agile. Very open minded, and democratic, which encourages healthy debates.
Greater alignment on strategic imperatives. Moving fast to take advantage of market shifts / opportunities. Walking the talk on just values.

They are very talented and passionate people who are good at what they do. They have high standards and demand a lot, but its all for the good of the mission.

We debate the big questions - there aren't many jobs you get to do that every day.
Being able to work with my colleagues, They are all really great. Everyone has such passion for the mission.
