The HR Director Joe Motha is the most unprofessional and unethical HR personal i have ever come across.
They need to lead and understand all levels of the business

Salary and bonus salary salary
I love the benefits and the Commission.

They didn’t pay well at all, compared to the market rate

Our team meets our set goals and help the customers as much as we can to ensure they are well taken care of.

Not be so catty and stay in their own lane

The Company really cares for the Customers and the Employees.

They need new leadership and to get rid of mid level managers who attribute to yen toxic culture
