What are some of the best things about your team?Most hard workers too many lazy and it's always the same people. They all no but no one cares.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The only path to improvement is to either hire a new management team or to actually train the unprofessional management team that is currently in place.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Peer to Peer training for management. we are working people trying to make a living, we would love to be shown respect and treated with class and dignity
What needs to change to make the company culture better?management need to be training on interaction with hourly staff. we are always left to feel like the low class to them. Night shift more so. we have to work nights and weekend and on top of that we have had our cafe taken away from Night shift only
