Decent at best to me
Transparent and performance based on large and individually focused goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we are told we WILL work in multiple departments with no training in those areas and when we ask for formal training we are ignored or our request are passed to the side and told they will look into it
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most hard workers too many lazy and it's always the same people. They all no but no one cares.
when the shift meeting is nothing but negative comments towards the staff, it puts everyone in a bad mood and affects moral on the staff. we leave the meeting with no motivation other then we are not supported by our management staff at all.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing to help and the environment is busy and relaxed at the same time.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
management need to be training on interaction with hourly staff. we are always left to feel like the low class to them. Night shift more so. we have to work nights and weekend and on top of that we have had our cafe taken away from Night shift only

What makes you most happy at work?
Everyday I look to engage with people and projects to complete on time and know the end result is positive for everyone at Justrite.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The only path to improvement is to either hire a new management team or to actually train the unprofessional management team that is currently in place.
Peer to Peer training for management. we are working people trying to make a living, we would love to be shown respect and treated with class and dignity
