- What did you like most about the interview process?The number of people within the company I spoke with was exciting. When I knew I was meeting the founders it really showed me how hands-on they were and I was impressed.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Since the pandemic and going virtual leadership has truly listened to what the employees are saying they need. They're investing greatly in culture by bringing in a specialist full time to ensure all voices are heard and lifted up.
- What are some of the best things about your team?My team listens to each other and always has each other's backs. It feels like a family and I love championing them every day!
