What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership and management is best
The leadership team is thoughtful, with strong vision for the future. They are honest and straight forward with respect to the roles and expectations. They keep themselves in high standards and inspire us to reach the same level.
The leadership has an open door policy which is great for coming to them with questions/problems. They also welcome innovations and allow employees to explore and research new products to help further Jvion's technology presence.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best part is 20% bonus
The compensation package is solely based on merit. The accountability and conscious effort by each individual is carefully monitored and paid fairly. The PTO schedule is flexible.
The overall health benefits are great.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Talented, hardworking, friendly and professional
Everyone in the team care for each other and help during the initial phase. The team is both equally pretty fun as well as work conscious and efficient.
The best thing about the engineering team is that we are all like family. You never feel alone on a project or in a crisis. Someone on the team will always have your back even if it doesn't involve them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Best work and personal life balance
Environment is super friendly with frequent team outings, ping pong etc. Great startup culture is followed with equal emphasis on work and fun is provided.
The most positive thing about the culture is the want for more and more innovation. The leadership supports the exploration and research of new technologies in the market place and loves to hear how it can make the Jvion product even better.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Practical approach to solve questions
The process was precise and to the point. I was clearly explained the expectations for my specific role and I was easily able to analyze if the role matched my career ambitions.
Enough time is devoted towards ensuring the candidate's attitude matches with that of the firm

New challenges and opportunities to face
The leaders understand each and everyone's roles and provides them with the necessary ammunition to achieve greatness.
The happiest part about Jvion and the reason I enjoy going to work everyday is the feeling that I am working with a big family. Working for a corporation you always feel like you are on your own but at Jvion you are never alone.
