What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fast execution, hard working, know the business
No egos. Very clear and focused on goal setting and accountability.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Decide on a long term vision and follow it through, instead of chasing very short term wins.
Great culture but very long hours
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Total comp dollars is above market
Fully Paid benefits. Very Competitive Comp.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stock options taken away, benefits reduced without warning, no salary raises year on year.
Overwork, need to work in the evening, over the weekend and on federal holiday with no extra pay
Pay has fallen behind the industry

Highly skilled people who collaborate well.
Great work life balance at times
Very smart people who take initiative.
