What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and transparency. All they tell employees is how great the company is, despite major issues going on behind-the-scenes that become very clear before too long. Executives are also generally unapproachable and give off an air that they are

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We get paid less than a dollar per case. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes to find an obscure product or new product on the shelf. That means we are getting paid $4/hr. On top of toxic stores and management, nothing could possibly make this company see its faults
Need more pay for jops like asamplers and stocking
Jyve is a apathetic, uncaring organization. Quitting is the best solution to increasing happiness.....
Don't work here! Worst company ever! You're looking for part time, try Uber! Travis didn't help me out for Nothing don't work here!!!

Greater transparency from the leadership team and more effective communication across the board.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not make it a video you send in. You can't guagr someone's work ethic or integrity over a video that you get multiple chances to record and re record
