Very accommodating, understanding, and reliable.

Helpful and available all the time
They are relatively good at avoiding micromanagement, and attempts are made at transparency, but it could definitely improve.

it is great most companies don't have that

Unlimited PTO. I knew I was paid significantly less than others at my experience level as well.
