What is the best part about your compensation package?

The 6% 401k match and insurance.

The compensation package is extensive. I wish they would bring back tuition reimbursement benefits.

Opportunity for a woman to earn as much or more than a man

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel as a last line of defence for the companies reputation and dealing with the type of customers we deal with, we should be paid better.
