What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team is very engaged in the company's strategy. They are committed to the company and curious about the employee experience, they seek feedback and engage in conversations with associates in all aspects of the business. They strive to make you feel like you're a part of the family,

Stop thinking only about their compensation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 6% 401k match and insurance.
The compensation package is extensive. I wish they would bring back tuition reimbursement benefits.
Opportunity for a woman to earn as much or more than a man
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as a last line of defence for the companies reputation and dealing with the type of customers we deal with, we should be paid better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are resourcefull and always willing to help.
The teams are diverse and qualified for the work we do. The company gives us good support tools.
I work with some amazing people. But the turnover is astounding.

Willingness to help from all
You get real time feedback. I've experienced a high level of psychological safety and feel comfortable sharing my thoughts. The teams are very passionate about achieving their goals.
Hard work equals decent money

Invest more in your employees and they will perform better.

I love building homes and seeing a first time buyer excitment when i hand them the keys to their new home.
