Free healthcare, there is no individual employee contribution
Unlimited PTO and healthy annual bonuses
The base/bonus is very generous, and the benefits (unlimited PTO, insurance, lunch, gym) are fantastic.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open desk environment but lots of conf room all with Cisco video conferencing
The people! We are very critical that people we bring in are cultural fits.

The culture is fantastic. I've never worked somewhere that was so nice before.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The Atlanta building is under construction, and I'm so ready for it to be finished so I can see the new space.
