Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the market, they can do better in terms of salary and compensation.
Many of the internal processes are faulty, resulting In unnecessary workload. Hard-working workers are not acknowledged for their efforts and loyalty to the Company. The core values that executive management communicates externally don't align With the current actual internal state.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Taking ownership of tasks and issues instead of pushing them back. Understand the meaning of teamwork
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better planning and connecting departments to work as one would change the culture. Now it is simply being reactive and everything is a priority.
