- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Better planning and connecting departments to work as one would change the culture. Now it is simply being reactive and everything is a priority.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Based on the market, they can do better in terms of salary and compensation.

Hard-working workers are not acknowledged for their efforts and loyalty to the Company. The core values that executive management communicates externally don't align With the current actual internal state.
