James G. Coogan oversees Kaman’s investor relations activities. Prior to his current position, Mr. Coogan served as the company’s Assitant Vice President - SEC Compliance and External Reporting. Since joining the company in 2008 as Manager of External Reporting and SEC Compliance, Mr. Coogan has enhanced Kaman’s SEC reporting systems and controls. In 2010, he was named to the inaugural class of the Kaman Leadership Development Program, which recognizes outstanding leadership potential.
Mr. Coogan has also held positions with Ann Taylor, Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He received his Masters of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management, and his bachelor’s degree in business administration and his master’s of science in accounting from the University of Connecticut.
He and his family live in Glastonbury, CT.
