What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is honest and open. They are sincerely working in the best interests of the Employees, Customers and Shareholders.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to employees and making fair decisions. Staff properly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is evaluated in a fair manner
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary has no overtime at all. Strictly no compensation for over hours worked and the company takes advantage of that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team consists of dedicated professionals that are committed to open communication and continuous improvement.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Taking pride in work which lacks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No culture as the demand is production and making money only.
We work on open communication and continuous improvement with shared success and failure.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It has been so long ago I can't even remember nor do I care to
I believe that the process is fair but extensive. It is important that both the company and employee have adequate information to feel confident that the relationship can be successful.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Less people and less of an interrogation.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy establishing and achieving aggressive goals. I believe that people who don't make mistakes are doing anything but, don't make the same mistake twice! I enjoy the opportunity to develop and implement successful strategies.
