Megan Morgan serves as Vice President, Human Resources for Kaman Aerospace Group. Prior to joining Kaman in 2018, she developed global Human Resources experiences within the manufacturing and aerospace industries, most recently with Legrand Electrical Wiring Systems Division. Ms. Morgan previously served in a number of Human Resources positions with increasing resposibilities at Barnes Group, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she began her career in Assurance services.
In addition to her extensive HR and global business partnering skills, Ms. Morgan is also a skilled continuous improvement practitioner. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University and a Master's degree in Organization Development from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. She and her husband reside in Glastonbury, Connecticut.
