Nancy L'Esperance was appointed to the position of Vice President, HR & Strategic Talent Development at Kaman Corporation in 2018. She reports to Greg Troy, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. In her role, Ms. L'Esperance is responsible for strategic talent development programs in areas such as performance management, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development, in addition to providing oversight to Kaman's various training and development program offerings.
She has more than 35 years of service to Kaman in areas of increasing responsibility within Human Resources through the Aerospace Group, and was most recently the organization's Vice President of Human Resources. Her vast knowledge and institutional knowledge of the Human Resources function at Kaman affords her the opportunity to provide guidance and assistance with key HR-related issues and projects.
