Rebecca Stath — Assistant Vice President, S.E.C. Compliance and External Reporting at Kaman Corporation

Rebecca Stath was appointed Assistant Vice President, S.E.C. Compliance and External Reporting effective January 2018. In her role she provides leadership for all financial reporting and consolidation activities in accordance with U.S. GAAP and S.E.C. rules and regulations. Stath joined Kaman in 2011 serving as Internal Audit Manager prior to her role in financial reporting and compliance. She is a graduate of the Kaman Leadership Development Program and began her career in assurance at KPMG. Ms. Stath holds a Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut.
