Richard Forsberg — Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Kaman Corporation

Richard C. Forsberg was appointed Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer in April of 2015. In his current role, he is responsible for providing leadership, direction and oversight for Kaman’s global ethics and compliance program, including but not limited to identification of all regulatory compliance matters, contracts compliance, data privacy and security issues, export control and anti-corruption compliance, interpretation of relevant laws, statutes, policies and processes governing such issues and assuring that Kaman management has developed and implemented appropriate mitigation plans to address such issues within Kaman Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates both within and outside the United States. He promotes and oversees the Ethics and Compliance programs to ensure that all business units and their employees conduct business ethically and within the bounds of applicable laws and regulations.
