How employees describe working at Kapost
There is so much opportunity at Kapost if leadership could just get their priorities straight. They pay lip service to so much and do so little to make any real change. People burn out in 1-2 years because they love they job and are asked to be "all in." And they do! With no reward.
The people are amazing. But they keep leaving for better opportunities. Which you can't blame them.

When you switch jobs internally or leave the company. There is no HR department so there’s really no such thing as an annual raise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at Kapost?
Not in line with market value and was promised bonus when hired, but every quarter there is a new calculation to keep from getting it.
