The best part of our compensation package is definitely the 100% coverage for employees. The unlimited PTO helps with preventing burnout and encouraging mental wellness. The coaching program is invaluable perks that contribute to personal/professional development.

What did you like most about the interview process?
the panels were mixed groups of people
The thoroughness and respect for both my time and expertise. Meeting with various team members and leaders was another highlight. Each interview provided a different perspective on the organization and the role, giving me a comprehensive view of the team dynamics and expectations.

people are generally nice, easy to speak with, and fairly open to listening
When I can see that my contributions are valued and that they positively affect the team or the company as a whole, it brings me a lot of satisfaction. Also, working with supportive and collaborative team significantly enhances my happiness at work.
