One of the most positive aspects of the culture and environment is the strong emphasis on collaboration and support among colleagues. We have a culture that encourages teamwork, where everyone is willing to help each other out and share knowledge.

The thoroughness and respect for both my time and expertise. Meeting with various team members and leaders was another highlight. Each interview provided a different perspective on the organization and the role, giving me a comprehensive view of the team dynamics and expectations.

people are generally nice, easy to speak with, and fairly open to listening
