What do you like best about the leadership team?
They TRULY care and try and get to know people from all levels. Although it's hard for growth opportunities due to economy, they are always looking for ways to promote and/or encourage innovation.

We do not get raises and I was underpaid when they hired me. They said they would make it right and nevr have
What are some of the best things about your team?
There's a lot of humor but at the same time, when we need to step up, we do!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Constant ways to grow and different product lines and opportunities. Ag radio, traffic, sports, emerging digital products, the latest in advocacy... we're constantly getting new ways to engage.
